Class of 2027 Senior Portrait & Yearbook Picture

Visual Image Photography (VIP) is the official photographer of Cary-Grove High School and is
honored to be a part of your senior experience! To appear in the yearbook, all seniors must have
their photo taken by VIP. Photographs submitted from other studios will NOT be accepted into
the yearbook.

YEARBOOK DEADLINE: You must select your yearbook pose by 11/8/26 in order to appear in your
school’s yearbook. If you do not select an image, one will be selected for you by VIP. This date
cannot be extended.

SENIOR PORTRAIT PREMIER DATES

Dates: 10/19/26 to 10/23/26 - 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Location: Room C2

● By Appointment only- Walk ins not accepted

● The Premier session types available at your school on these dates are: Classic, One Outfit & Two Outfit

● VIP will send you an email with a direct link to
schedule your senior’s appointment once those
options become available

YEARBOOK PHOTO DATES

Date: 8/5/26 11:00-6:00 PM
Location: Room C2 or Auditorium Stage TBD

MAKE UP DAY:
Date: 8/11/26- 9:15 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Room C2 or Auditorium Stage TBD

RETAKE DAY
Date: 10/8/26- 7:15 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Art Gallery

If you choose not to sign up for a Premier session you may use the photo taken on your school picture day as your yearbook image. Please be sure to dress for your yearbook photo on these dates if you do not plan on doing a premier session. There is no appointment needed to do the yearbook only photo on the dates listed above.

Deluxe

● 100-120 proofs to view and order from
● Approx. 90 min (total)
● Beginning with 45 minute studio session followed by 45 minute on-location session (completed in
succession)
● $175 session fee**

Three Outfits
● Includes Yearbook image
portion + Cap and

● Up to 5 backgrounds
● 70-80 proofs to view
and order from
● Approx. 75 min
● $135 session fee**
Two Outfits
● Includes Yearbook image
portion + Cap and Gown*
● Up to 4 backgrounds
● 50-60 proofs to view and
order from
● Approx. 45 min
● $95 session fee*
One Outfit
● Includes Yearbook image
portion + Cap and
Gown*
● Up to 3 backgrounds
● 30-40 proofs to view and
order from

● $55 session fee*

*The cap and gown does not count as an outfit, it is provided at the studio for your Premier session. Please note that we may not have your school's custom Cap and Gown at all studio locations. The gowns at the studios are considered props and used for posing purposes only.

**Your session fee for any Premier Portrait appointment is to pay for your photographer’s time and does not include any prints or packages.
